UHCCF is looking for customer service and operations super stars, with big hearts, that truly understand the responsibility we have to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for every UHCCF customer. In this role, you will be responsible for all customer support interactions from the time a family submits a grant application to when a grant is distributed, and everything in between.
I also have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and outstanding customer service skills . My interest with children alone would seek out this opportunity.
$1,500 signing bonus for applicants who have previously completed Caseworker Core Series training and have child welfare experience.
